What is life coaching?

Have you ever found yourself wondering what to do with your life?

As a life coach, I will be your partner in crime and help you discover what may be missing in your life and help you reach your full potential in all areas of your life. I will guide you on your path to your best life beyond imagination and limitations.

The purpose of life coaching is to help you identify and achieve your goals. Just like you hire a personal trainer to take care of your body and work towards your physical health goals, a life coach helps you set and achieve goals, create sustainable behavior changes rooted in positive psychology, and shift perspectives, guiding you towards self-improvement, personal growth, and greater fulfillment. This can be in any are of your life, such as relationships, career, finances, health, and emotional wellbeing.

What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

  • A life coach is to a therapist what a personal trainer is to a physician. It’s all about helping healthy people find their true direction and use that to reach further, shoot higher, attain more satisfaction, and live a truly fulfilling life.

How do I know if a life coach is for me?

  • Do you ever feel that there might be more to life than what’s in front of you? Do you have areas in your life where you feel trapped or held back? Are you ready to move forward beyond what you could ever imagine as possible? Life coaching is not for everyone. But if you’re ready to see what happens when you live your life from your highest potential – I can’t wait to embark on that journey with you.

What can I do for you?

When tooting your own horn, it can be good to back it up with some research. The benefits of coaching have been documented in social science research.

Are you wondering if life coaching is for you, and what benefits you can get out of it? I’ll give you some stats (be ware, the list goes oooon):

  • Better self-confidence: A study by the IFC showed that 80 % of people who hired a life coach reported improved self-confidence.

  • A growth mindset: It’s all about perspective! Life coaching will expand your growth-mindset.

  • Improved self-awareness: According to research, not very many of us know who we really are. In fact, only 10-15 % of the people studied were self-aware! Ironically, of course they all thought that they were. Life coaching will help you build your self-awareness. Why? Knowing who you are gives you both direction and confidence.

  • Improved overall well-being: Coaching will get you un-stuck. As many as 77 % who start coaching feeling stuck in some way will significantly improve their well-being state after only four months of coaching.

  • Find happiness: This is not too good to be true. A life coach can help you understand what happiness is to you and what you want to achieve in life. When this is clear, you can start incorporating more happiness into your life through the decisions you make.

  • Unlock potential: What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? Most of us have no idea what it would be like to operate at our highest potential. Life coaching will help you explore new ways of thinking and create an open-minded way of thinking that opens the door to infinite possibilities.
